GUIDE TO OUR SERVICE
THE FIRST STEP ... every job is
unique ... meeting your requirements
After your initial enquiry,
- One of our estimators will arrange a site visit to discuss your needs,
inspect the existing floor and accurately measure the area creating a
detailed floor plan.
- They'll also bring a selection of samples and make recommendations
with a choice of materials and manufacturers.
- Then a quotation is produced clearly detailing your specified
requirements, sub-floor and flooring materials, adhesive and finishing
including any other requirements, i.e. where there may be a need to
disconnect and remove electrical or specialist equipment before our
arrival.
- Following your acceptance the materials are ordered for delivery to
our warehouse.
All the details of your specific requirements will be discussed with the
estimator to ensure your new floor is installed with the minimum of
disruption and in accordance to your requirements following guidelines set
out by the industry and British Standards.
Your New Floor
For the duration:
- Our Estimator who provided the quotation will manage the job through
to completion, being in regular contact with our fitters and carrying out
spot checks.
- Our fitters are given clear written and verbal instructions so they
know the customer's requirements, arrive with all the required materials
and tools and will take away all the old flooring to dispose of via our
premises, leaving your newly transformed areas clean and tidy.
- We do like you to sign off a Job Sheet and add any comments - your
feedback is so helpful.
Our fitters carry with them all COSHH data, our Health & Safety Policy,
Insurance details, full Personal Protective Equipment, Method Statements and
Risk Assessments.
After Sales Service
On completion we forward you with the manufacturers maintenance
information and as part of our BSI accreditation we follow up customer
comments to ensure your satisfaction and to continually improve our service. |
